Some astronomy stuff

All eyes may be on NASA and Atlantis today, but exactly one year ago, they were turned to ESA and the launch of a rocket holding the Herschel and Planck space observatories. The video below is from ESA’s Youtube Channel:

The ‘Under British Skies’ section of has a solar astronomy special ready to be listened to on Sunday at 9pm BST.

Other videos, blogs and podcasts are being published all the time, the ‘hottest’ of these as measured by some monitoring software or other are placed on this website for viewing.
